Kimmy is a keen chef, constantly trying and perfecting new recipes in the kitchen. She has gained a bit of a reputation for her baked sweets and duck confit. Daughter of the author of Penang Heritage Food and Nonya Kitchen cookbooks, her specialities also include Malaysian food and the cuisines of the Chinese diaspora.
